typoma® MnMath

»typoma® MnMath« is a set of mathematical fonts, meant to accompany the OpenType font “Adobe MinionPro” and extending it to mathematical typesetting.

Currently we offer typoma® MnMath as a typesetting option to our customers. The fonts aren't released yet. A first application of the fonts can be found in “Detailtypografie”.

At present the fonts already contain about 2000 glyphs for mathematical typesetting (in addition to the glyphs pre-existing in Adobe Minion). In their final form the fonts will cover all Unicode math symbols, and many additional symbols.

Each glyph in the fonts exists in 20 versions: in 4 weights and in 5 optical sizes.

LatinModern Math

The LatinModern math fonts shall offer a replacement for TeX's original math fonts: in PostScript Type1 format, programmed in MetaType1, available free of charge and with freely available MetaType1 sources.

They will cover the complete set of Unicode math symbols, in 2 weights and in 3 optical sizes.

Euler – extended and enhanced

The Euler math fonts were developed by Hermann Zapf together with Donald Knuth. Their usability is restricted due to some missing but important symbols, and also due to some symbols which don't match the overall design.

Hermann Zapf will revise and extend the Euler fonts, in close collaboration with typoma and Johannes Küster.
